Who has MDI2 & can enter a TUN number into a 8L90E?

I put a 8L90E behind LT4 (2018 Vette)

I need the TUN number programmed into the TCM. The local GM dealership cannot do it because there is no gateway module and the t87a TCM is "locked"

They tried but are getting error messages because there is no BCM / Gateway module since this is in a 80s Camaro.

Who can program this for me? I know the earlier stuff can be done with an MDI2.

Do you have the DLC in the car anywhere? Im assuming or you wouldnt be able to tune it. If so, you should at least be able to communicate with the TCM. let me know, might be able to help
