been using HP Turner on my GC Ecodiesel for 2 years. done the original HP tuners software update on the EDC when first licenced the car. now today there is a new one....... info please.. not just going to do it without knowing first.

HO tuner software updates just include access to new parameter definitions for many many many vehicles, if it tells you there are updated definitions when you open your tune file and to update for access to them, simply means nothing more than that, there are additional parameters available for your vehicle, download and look, don’t like it uninstall and reinstall the version you are using.

I understand that the suite gets updated. This was for the vehicle. To flash the EDC with new software. Wanted to know why. I can look at the change log for the suite. There isn't a change log for the vehicle firmware. Just try it isn't good enough. I have been through hell trying to decipher the generic names of the tables. There is no information available. I have even paid good money to have my tables adjusted professionally. Only to be screw over. I don't believe it's to much to ask what is it going to do.
