I'm trying to get this new motor to idle with ID1050x injectors. i used the multiplier from ID's website with no luck
Combo is a 448 stroker 11.8:1 compression,ported heads, comp cam, and stock fuel pump. here is the stock tune

I wouldn't keep trying on a new engine. Pay someone for a base tune if you have to before trying to start it stalling it rich or not giving it enough air. You really don't want to be overly rich on a fresh engine.
it revs good passed 1500 but wont hold idle very long with this tune
I take a look to your tune, you cannot use neural network on a heavy moded car like yours.

but I don't think you will achieve anything correct, neural network is for stock cars or light moded cars ( CAI, headers).
