CASE relearn with misfire detection disabled?

Is there anything in the calibration that would cause a CASE relearn to not work? My friend was given his '02 Z06 LS7 tune with all the misfire settings disabled, and the P0300 & P0650 DTCs are completely disabled as well. We haven't tried it yet, but do we need to re-enable anything for the relearn to work correctly?

The CASE learns only serves to facilitate misfire detection on that platform, which will not be useful with much of any aftermarket cam or reduced weight rotating assembly. Just nix P1336 and get on to tuning.
