2005 Mustang V6, Looking for Help.

Hello all, I have a 2005 Ford Mustang with the 4.0L V6. I'm looking for some tuning help. I will post my tune files and logs below.

I have just an intake and exhaust for my main mods. I was told that my car should run on my stock tune even with mods. I've been trying the stock tune these last couple of days. I also tried to download a 2006 V6 stock tune to my car, to check that out, because I have good reason to believe my stock 2005 tune file is corrupt. Before HPT, I have been using BAMA tunes through an SCT X4 device. In January of 2019, my device corrupted and would not update. I had returned my car to stock, and shipped the device to Florida to be serviced. It came back, but was a different serial #. I asked BAMA to update the tune for the new serial # on the device. They did, and I took my stock tune off my car, and loaded my 87 performance tune. It kept throwing P0600, P1000, P2105, and U0300. From February until September of 2019, I had a constant CEL. In Sept. I decided to upgrade to HPT, and bought an MPVI2 and 2 credits to use for my VIN#. Since then, I have updated my tunes by myself, trying to get my car to run. This past December my inspection came up, and I took my car to get it done. I failed, as my CEL was on, and the Monitors all showed N/A on the paperwork. I have since been trying everything to get my car road legal, including returning my tune to stock. I tried my stock 2005 tune, and it runs, quite poorly, idles too low, and shakes the whole car until the engine quits. I tried modifying the stock tune to run AFR stoich as 14.7 versus the 14.0 BAMA had set it to. It would crank, sputter, and die out in 5 seconds. I finally just tonight (26th) tried to take a stock 2006 tune, change all parameters in my stock 2005 tune to match, and see if it runs. Those logs, marked as (OEMrev1) should show some issues. I then tried to load my 93 BAMA tune "2020-93R (Test-14.7)" back up, and I logged that as a "control test log." Please, If you can, look over these tunes and logs below, and please help me fix my car.

    Thank you very much,

    -Josiah

I see you been to Cecil co. I live 20 min from that dragstrip. Anyway, I would try a stock 2005 tune file. I may be able to flash your car back to stock with IDS.
