transmission sluggish 4l60e

Going home from work i need numerous WOT pulls trying to see 2-3rd gear shift... it shifts good all gears and locks up fine... but after i was getting off the freeway and coasted to a stop but i only slowed down to 2 mph and when i tried to accelerate...rpms jumped to like 2600 rpms almost 2700 and the truck didnt pick up speed as usual... after like a 3 or 4 seconds it started picking up speed...what could cause this?



file attached is a 32 minute file but it happened at like minute 29 with 22 seconds

then at minute 30 with 14 seconds i started from a dead stop normally like it shouldsunday drive home.hpl

Check transmission fluid level?

checked and its fine im concerning now it might be TCC valve?
