MAP graph and Knock

I'm new to tuning and resorted to trying to resolve things myself after a few rough tunes and a lot of wasted coin. Its hard to get good help.

The attached snapshot shows MAP and timing that to me seems out of place. It coincides with trans slipping which is killing it.

Any advice appreciated.
