    Emissions Issues.

Is there a way to use HPTuners to fudge the O2 Sensors in to reading good and not turning them off?

You have to understand how the rear o2's work. The ecm is looking for oscillation speed, lean to rich, it knows how fast the front o2's switch, and it knows that the converters should slow that oscillation down by a pre-determined amount. When the converters are removed, the oscillation speeds up, therefore setting a catalyst efficiency code. In simple terms the rear o2's are working better than they should be. Now there are walk arounds, stacked non-foulers are one, you can also turn the codes off and still allow it to show "passed" gen 3 systems usually require you to select no error reported, but keep ses enabled. Past this would require you to access code in the ecm(i could be wrong, but i am aware of no available software that accesses the catalyst test parameters) via binary file, or through user defined parameters. Either would require you to know the specific addresses of the info your trying to find.
