hello can someone tell me whats going on here, car dies when sitting at a light or coming to a stop SOMETHIMES its not everyday its not when its hot/cold it really random can someone take a look and maybe give me some tips

You need to increase your Base Running Airflow tables. They appear to be stock.
Your MAF sensor is averaging a little over 3200 Hz at idle. That's a little less than 10 g/s on your airflow table. If you make your BRAF table around 9.5 g/s, you'll be pretty close.

so one more quick question why do my ltft keep resetting after randomly

ex: 4:51.13 and 4:52.41 time stamp

I assume they reset because the engine tuned off. I saw that the Trims went down to 0 a few times when the RPM was 0.
