    2001 Dodge Durango 5.9 JTEC, unable to read vehicle

    I use hptuners for my gto just fine but i tried to see what i could do on my dads 2001 durango and i got everything hooked up key on, type in vin, select jtec+ it reads the file, im able to save and everything then just gives me an error after that, wont allow me to view anything with the tune.File not supported, definition failed to load. The Scanner doesnt work either, am i missing something? i know its a supported vehicle and i have the mpvi2.

    I would open a support ticket from HP tuners. I know a few people have had trouble with the jtec pcm.

    Are you on the Beta software? I was having issues getting into one as well. The Beta software gave me access.

    Ask nskaats said, download the VCM Editor BETA software then "gather" info & read...it worked for me on a 2002 JTEC+ PCM.

    i agree.must be beta and have fun! quite a learning curve with trial and error but fun
