LT5 and 6L90e

New to the forum--please let me know if this should be posted in another area.

I have a client that is looking to pair an LT5 with a 6L90e transmission. GM offers an E99 controller which I'm told cannot run a transmission (looks like these things are really locked down, too). Is there another GM controller that can run the LT5 and a 6L90e? I'm used to the E67 controllers so getting out over my skis on this LT5 engine.

Probably better off doing an 4l80e and use half a dozen trans controller!!
