5.3 w/ 6.0 cam for DOD delete worth tuning?

Sorry newb this is my first attempt at tuning.
I did a dod delete on a daily driver suburban w/ lc9 5.3. No mods other than a stock 6.0 cam. Is it worth even tuning?
This will be a daily for someones mom. So performance isn't really a big deal. Already turned off dod. Any other changes I should make?

There are several things that will help a lot. Bring in the PE Enrichment quicker by reducing the threshold for rpm and TPS.
Change the PE number to a more appropriate value.
Reduce engine and transmission torque management.

You can't add much timing on 87, but it's work trying to add a degree or so. If you run 93 octane, you can add a couple of degrees.
