6L80 Converter Shudder Issues and shift programming

I have a Transmission shop and just bought the setup for Hp Tuning. I bought it to learn how to tweak everything to get the best shifting out of my units I can for the customers. I am also wanting to change lockup values to get the converters to last long and prevent shudders. What part of the forum should I be in to get some help learning this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

    The GM V8 transmission section.

Raising the lock up speeds and preventing lock up until 4/5th and 6th gears only should help the converter out. I always do that.

You are raising the speed to let it slip more rather than lower to slip less. I could see preventing until 4-5-6 helping fuel mileage at some point.

I meant raising the mph speeds for lock up so it's not "lugging" the converter in the lower gears. I rarely ever touch the slip tables themselves.

Like I change it so 5th gear lock up can't happen until over 40mph under part throttle and around 45-50mph for 6th gear lock up depending on vehicle.
