sluggish or trans wiring problem

took my ls swap out for its first log yesterday and it seemed very sluggish in 1st gear once hit second it took off
so drove around awhile all seems to run good excpect taking off came home and threw my autel scaaner on it an could not get any
codes out of trans all i could find is that it was commanding 3rd gear is it a wiring deal or what

the problem is it wont take off in 1st but if u manually shift it it willis some wrong with tune or you think i might have an issue with the transmission
