    05 6.0L injector/starting issues

    Here's tune and log.

    I can only get it to start with if I set IFR any where from 10-20lbs

    Mods are:

    Holly intake
    85lbs fast injectors
    twin turbo
    forged 6.0L
    ported heads and valvetrain
    stage 4 cam
    dual 640lph pumps

    truck has 58psi on each bank and 58psi on return fuel pressure

    The log where it only cranks were with proper IFR values:
    85.5 86.0 86.5 87.0 87.5 88.0 88.5 89.0 89.5 90.0 90.5 91.0 91.5 92.0 92.5 93.0 93.5

    In every log the MAP sensor is stuck at 26kpa, you should look into that.

    We can't view the tune because it's part of a remote tuning network, you'll need to post it again without that.


    What MAP are you using?

    Did the injectors come with more than just the injector flow rate? Did they come with data for the min injector pulse, short pulse adder and offset vs volts information??

    If they didn't, you need that data or get injectors with that data.

    Yes all injector info is input correctly except the ifr

    Not sure how I did that, try this file

    map sensor is a gm 12592525, it was wired wrong

    So with the injector flow rate put back in correctly and the MAP sensor wired right, does it run better??

    yes it idles now however still can't get it to rev up or drive it goes instant lean no matter what i do to the ve chart

    Post the most recent tune and log file of it happening.

    Have you smoke tested for intake leak yet too??
