Cruze 1.8 Idle -> WOT launch spark not following tables

Hey guys, I've installed a Flex Sensor on my Cruze and have been having troubles with launch spark being limited by something. The base HO spark table is stock, the only spark additions come from the flex adder. I've zeroed pe/cot adders, with IAT being the only table coming into effect to my knowledge. Disabled knock retard to eliminate this as a factor.

When launching the car from a standstill, the spark does not follow either the high octane or low octane table until ~4650RPM every time. Any help or thoughts are appreciated!
