Idle flaring on light throttle on cammed and blown C5 Corvette

So we have a LS1 with a A&A blower, TSP 224/228 cam and some other goodies.

The idle usually sits fine but every now and again it will flare when you're trying to move around in a parking lot. It'll come down when the car stops but if its rolling or you're trying to give it a small input it flares to around 2k. If I pull anymore air from the idle table it seems to bog a bit and even died on the dyno a few times after a pull.

Should I add some to the Proportional airflow table? I haven't messed with these with much success before. Seems like its flaring because its getting a bit to much air at idle but again if I pull any more air from the standard idle table it seems to bog.

I have realized that tuning is a rabbit hole. No problem diving down this hole, in fact I jumped willingly. Just want to avoid hitting every ugly rock or root on the way down it.
