Installing MPVI pro without a CD?

How can i install the MPVI pro without a CD. I just received my upgraded interface cable today. I got a Email from Keith saying they were out of CD's, but there wasn't any instructions saying how to install it with out a CD.

I got everything installed, but now it says "No License Found".

Never mind, I got it working now.
