Lower the shift mph a few to see if that works.
Because you have the part throttle 100% for 2nd gear at 62mph and the full throttle shift speed table at 58mph. Those should have matching values. You are tagging the limiter at 60-61mph from what it looks like.
Side thing here, you should add knock retard, cylinder airmass and your injector information to future logs, they are really helpful things to know.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I lowered shift mph down to around 54 and it?s still doing it
I do have 3.45 gears but have changed that under the speedometer tab
Go to transmission section, scroll down, get Bluecat software. Input values and copy paste to tune
I downloaded it and put my information in but figure out where to input that information to go tuners
I got Bluecat figured out and it fixed my issue thank you!
