2014 Raptor Hennessy 6.2l wont set readiness

Have a 2014 ford 150 raptor Hennessy and it wont set readiness. Zero pending fault codes. Contacted them and they say take it to your nearest ford dealer and have a SVT stock flash put on it. Problem is that when they enter the vin into IDS and its recognized as a Hennessy truck they are blocked from doing anything since they aren't Hennessy certified. Need to load a stock tune or figure out what is turned off in the Hennessy tune so I can turn it back on and get this truck to pass inspection. Everything is OEM and has cats.

Took a quick look and I can see the downstream o2 sensors are disabled. Fuel -> Oxygen Sensors -> Downstream Rear Config

Enabled it but still nothing setting yet. Any other thoughts?

Drove it 100 miles with 1/2 tank of fuel and it passed inspection. Thank you Witt. I really appreciate your knowledge and help.
