LS3 w/Headers and Whipple upgrade injectors to ID1050x

    Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my injectors to ID1050x. I have a 2016 Chevy SS, E38 ECU, 6.2L stock with Whipple and 4" pulley. I put the flex fuel sensor and DSX aux fuel pump... running into injector bottleneck with the ones supplied by Whipple.

I installed ID1050X's tonight and I'm working on the initial startup tune. Haven't used ID's before so I'm not 100% comfortable I'm adjusting the right tables.

Would you guys with LS3 and E38 boosted applications take a look at my file? I'd really appreciate if you guys would take a look at this calibration file and let me know what you think.

    Thanks

Started and runs fine, LTFTs are high, but holding Lambda 1.0 thru warmup. Sorry to ask again, would one of you mind looking at my fueling to confirm I have the correct data in the fuel tables for these new 1050x injectors? Thank you!

Thanks, yes, that's the data I used. Its not entirely clear for me which tables should be pasted in.

I would really love some assistance comparing the tables in my calibration above against the ID characterization data spreadsheet to verify I put the right data from the spreadsheet into HP Tuners.

    Thanks!

You did a good job. All of the critical fuel tables look to be populated correctly.

    Thank you!

It seems to be running fine.

It was super lean at idle, had to finally raise the MAF freq table in the lower areas to adjust for it... somehow makes me concerned I don't have the injector data right.. unless my MAF function was already offset for bad data in the old injectors?

I'm a bit unhappy that Bank 2 is about 6% lean compared to Bank 1 based on LTFTs. Can't find any vacuum leaks and its steady 35-37kPa MAP at idle.

Its about 16% rich at WOT based on WB and %error eq ratio. Guess I need to adjust the MAF freq table down % by half a few times and sneak up on target AFR.
