    Decel tune question

Can anyone point me in the right direction to have decel pops on the 5.7 Hemi eagle engine. I?ve read a few threads about it but no luck. I get very small pops below 1k rpm but above that the car just jerks like crazy

You have too much negative timing in it. Post you tune file.

Send me your tune, I have it currently setup properly and can make the changes. I have tried many ways and finally have it setup properly, works perfect, and easily changed to make more or less aggressive.

It should be the same concept, you would need a Deceleration LOG and I could probably make happen.

This guy seems to have a way to do it. Not my cup of tea but should give you an idea of how to do it. Key is negative timing at low RPMs and to disable DFCO apparently.

well the video didn't work. i found a min spark table and changed that, but i'm still get getting decel fuel cut.
and when it does work, the throttle is responding to the change and so it jumps around. on actual decel it makes the car jumpy.
    any other ideas?

If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

But what is the purpose of having your exhaust make popping noises when you let off on the accelerator pedal ? What purpose does it serve?

I would have thought a mid 9 second street car you can drive on family vacations would be more street cred then a car that sounds like rice crispy's or someone stepping on a sheet of bubble wrap .

besides criticism, does any one have anything constructive to add? something that gets the job done?

sorry for delay. well, it still doesn't work. didn't have the 19 to test but neighboor had 14 durango rt and i put in homer's values and it worked. you had to pick your cells properly but it worked.
get the 19 and it still has decel fuel cut so doesn't work. the timing goes negative, but there's no fuel.
could it just be a 2019 thing? i didn't check but i think they have the same ecu.
file is same as above, just changes homer suggested.

    19's are GPEC2A whereas the 14 durango is a GPEC2

only parameter that was different was in enable map, the durango has 2 values, the challenger, just one.
