16 Silverado throttle closing at WOT

i pulled log yesterday and did a few WOT runs and i can see the throttle position will go to 99% but it will then go down and right back up all within tenths of a second. I dont know if the throttle is actually closing or not. Happens at 429 and again at 438 and 439 in the log. i log my predicted engine torque commanded but it never exceeds any of my max allowable torque table. Looking for suggestions if this is tuning or an issue with the way i log.

Cannot upload the log right now for some reason but it just hit me that i was WOT through shifts and this throttle closing is probably torque management?

If it is lining up with the shifts yes it is more than likely tqm. You can keep the throttle open on shifts by making sure there is enough gap between engine tq and max tq.
