Saving new files

Ok, Got my interface set up and registered. I was playing around with the editor, and saved a file after just tweeking a couple table2. When you hit save it flashes so fast you really dont have a chance to pic where its gonna go. I guess my question is if you want to save your stock file, do that then move it to another file, then you read the car again to get the stock file and can change things, save it, but you will always have the original file you saved the first time you read the car ?

Answered my own question after digging a little deeper with the program, I,m use to working with Cobb's program so this has been a learning curve, though its not to far from their stuff. They just have a lot more to deal with far as the motor and trans go, but the HP program gets pretty deep into the systems.
