2014 Silverado--No start after minor exhaust work

Drove the truck up on ramps, loosened the header to exhaust pipe connection, put on some RTV, reassembled and now, truck will not start. Starter spins the engine, will not fire. Dash screen reads 32 degrees, but it is about 70. Tried to relink vats with the scanner--says failed to unlock?? Any ideas. Scanner shows spark, injector pulses, Thanks

You ever resolve this problem ? I would venture to say you ran the battery down or cause an issue with the pats when you disconected it, if you did.

I got a new battery, removed vats and starter diag, tried another tune with no maf. I am going to find somebody that can reset the immobilizer. Maybe that is it. So, no I haven't resolved it yet. Thanks

sounds like something you did likely hurt the wiring for the iat, thats where I would start diagnosis work given the information.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
