Tuner question

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to all the Programmers and tuning so please take it easy on me lol.

I have a 2019 f250 and I'm wanting a little extra power and mpg, something like on this post https://carwrenching.com/best-tuners...7-powerstroke/ whats the best out there without doing a delete? I don't need anything extreme just something that's easy on the truck and better gas mileage. I've looked at the bully dog and a few others but honestly, I have no idea what route to go.

I had a 2011 Duramax with a bully dog years ago but had a few problems with it but I'm sure stuff has come to a long way since then.
