New to tuning and need help

I have dfco, cfco, cot, dod, dynamic air, and O2 readiness disabled but can't get my MAF tune to stabilize even after 23 runs.
Manually disabling closed loop each run because it stays on whether O2 readiness is disabled or not. I did notice a reading on my dynamic air pid reading changes in lb/hr. Wondering if the ECU is still using that and/or if it makes a difference.
If I drive gently then I can get it close across the frequency band but as soon as I make a run with normal driving I get lean indications across the board.
2017 Camaro ZL1, M6, LT headers and CAI only.
Tuning (trying to) with a wideband.
Appreciate any guidance guys.

i think your missing the point here a little bit. your going to have numbers that are lean/rich. that is why you are doing the calibration. you need to log those errors and apply them to your maf table.
