Trying to have my defective NGuage replaced.

Hey guys, I recently purchased an HPTuner NGuage from a speed shop and it stopped working. I Spoke with the owner of the speed shop to replace it, but he said I need to contact HP tuners. I sent a couple of emails to HP Tuners, but they have not responded. Anybody have any suggestions on how I can handle this? Thank you
