Unlocker time out

I had that code(unlocker time out) pop up when i was tuning my truck and was able to get the tune on my truck after multiple tries. I drove the truck for three days and it was perfectly fine and now it won?t shift right when warm and throws a pcm error code

Truck has 375 miles on complete rebuild of trans and just had the trans gone through and and serviced because i thought it was the valve body.

what year truck? The unlocker time out is pretty common with these trucks. Sometimes need to unplug stuff that would make noise on the can bus, other times a different laptop all together. Most likely completely unrelated to your trans issue though.
