I just got my swap running recently, 5.3/4l60e stock engine with headers, factory tune. It runs great except recently, when it's cold. It starts and idles fine until I touch the throttle. Something glitches, throws a p1515 code, idle increases and there's no throttle response. I can clear the code, or turn off the truck but it happens again until there's a little heat in the engine. Once warm, there's no issues. I did a scan but it didn't fault, I'll have to wait till morning. I did notice that the TPS has zero volts during the scan. Any idea what to look for? Side note- I just replaced the knock sensors a week ago, maybe I tweaked something during the work. Thanks!
I replaced the TPS with another one. So far it has seemed to fix the issue. I have to wait for the engine to be cold to try another test. HPTuners still shows zero voltage for TPS, not sure what that's about. Thanks.
