6.4 ported intake and ported factory heads. What to change in tune ??

as the title states it. challenger just got set of ported factory heads and ported factory intake. will car start up and fire with current tune when they we not ported ? and would anything need be adjusted in the airflow sections ? car is tuned using the VE approach and the NN is tuned off. has a NSR cam in it.

I don't have heads, but I do have an NSR cam and ported manifold and throttle body. I think it would drive fine in closed loop if it's already tuned for the cam. I noticed when I did the cam, my low rpm VE went down about 15% and high rpm went up maybe 10%. Here is a tune to look at for some reference. This is for E85 with Hellcat injectors on my 6.4, so some things are weird.ChopHC83V26.hpt
