Vats delete Stock vehicle, starter checks needed ?

Vats delete on stock vehicle, is starter checks enabled or disabled ?
basically is the checks needed for the bcm to function correctly or
is the starter checks just for the pcm ?

STOCK vehicle, not a swap.

Disable the starter checks as well. That will allow it to start, even if there is a security issue.

Did disable vats and disable starter checks write entire, bcm will not trigger starter.

ANY suggestions ?
