P0748 code elimination?

I am getting a P0748 code after I changed to a D3 valve body with a T-break, which entailed me to cut the epc sil power wire to convert to the t-brake sil. Is there any way to eliminate the ecm from checking for this?

I have it turned of in the DTC list but it still trips and causes the trans to go to a partial limp mode not letting the lock up to engage in 4th and wont let it down shift at full throttle.

P0748 just says, "No MIL Light". You need to switch it to "No Error Reported".
