How do you secure your Laptop during data logging?

Hi Everyone. I am curious what has worked for you to keep the laptop from flying around the car and being dangerous or getting damaged when you are data logging? I would prefer something that is not permanent, it will only be used during my data logging drives.

How did you secure it? What has worked for you?

If you have any pictures post them up please.

    Cheers, Steve

i used to have a mount, that had a flat plate at the bottom that slid between the passenger seat and the center console. It worked good, was just cumbersome and time consuming to mount the laptop to the mount, then get it set just right so you can view it. Honestly now I just set my laptop in the passenger seat, and drive carefully. Unfortunately, it does go flying sometimes, but a good ssd and the laptop tends to be pretty resiliant

Thanks mbray. My fear is that some of my tuning will be on a road race track. I definitely will need to have the laptop held down well as there will be some G's going on.
