850whp 2014 ZL1 Dropping out of PE at WOT

Alright, so I have one that is driving me nuts. Specs on the car are mystery cam, ported heads, Kong TVS2650, suppliment fuel kit, FIC142s, and some other small things. Crazy part is at full throttle about 1-2 seconds into the run it will drop out of PE and go into closed loop. I have checked and double checked and don't see anything that should be affecting this. I even flahsed it to a 13 ZL1 with an older OS and then reflashed a stock 14 tune file with Tis2web and rebuilt the entire calibration. I have a bunch of logs if anyone wants to see anything different or has any suggestions. I am completely stumped.

My guess: disable your COT, or change your max allowed enrichment to 1.29/1.26 to match your PE tables.
