How can I set my file to refuse others to read it?

How to set my own file to refuse others to read it? I see that other partners can set it through VCM software so that others cannot open the file? Does anyone know how to do it?

Tuner locking isn't available for everything. So without knowing what you are working with, it's tough to say if you can do it.

And to be honest, locking the tune is kinda dumb if you ask me. What you do with that calibration is pretty specific to that vehicle and really isn't just a chop and paste into someone else's vehicle, something is always going to need some adjustments. Besides, whoever read the tune may not even have a clue as to why you make some of the changes and it will be their fault if they hurt their own engine because they don't understand what is going on. I couldn't care less if someone took the tune off my truck that I've spent years making changes too and tried to use it.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
