    2016 R/T unlocked Diablosport pcm what do i need to do tune with HPT?

    Can I just download program that is in it, flash it back to stock with diablo, save the OEM file - and start from there?

    I know normally 2015 Dodge PCM need to be sent in to be unlocked. How is it they need to be unlocked by Diablosport doesnt need that to flash?
    Factory Stock 97 SS M6 13.51 @ 104.3 mph

    He actually has 2 PCM's. 1 is the Diablosport unlocked one and the other is the MOPAR performance stage 1 PCM

    If it is currently on a DS tune then he either sent them a PCM to be unlocked, bought one of their PCM swap kits or bought one of their unlocked ones. I've been able to write to DS unlocked PCMs for year models before 2018, I have had zero luck writing to a DS PCM 2018+.

    Ok so i can just connect and download his current diablo program and write from there

    Like the GM stuff should i flash it back to stock settings and he can sell his diablo programmer or doesnt work like that

    Yes if you wanted to see what the DS tune has changed over stock.
    .
    Any time I'm converting from a box tune to custom I flash them back stock if I have the ability.

    Sure people will pick them up if they're unlocked/unmarried otherwise kinda pointless unless the seller is going to let it go dirt cheap.
