    2019 Ram 1500 Classic (DS) read issue

    I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic that I installed the security bypass on and I did a stock read this morning and with the internet connected I do a entire stock read and open the file it is not showing transmission parameters and I think I need them to purchase the new unlocked PCM from HP Tuners when I attach the file. I haven't purchased the credits for the truck yet and plan on tuning the engine and trans, 6 credits, is this normal?2019 Ram stock read 1.hpt

    Well I guess I won't buy the unlocked PCM until HP Tuners give me a straight answer about this.

    Did you select it to read the TCM when you did the PCM?
