Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:
(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

hello abahanad , the answer number 4 says ( I usually set of the spark tables to pop. Set my mbt tables From .20 load and under to 10 ) .
h go there and i see many mbt tables ,
should set all mbt tables ?
In the Linked mentioned above, I think they are talking about the burble mode that is only available in 2019+ mustang. You just set your timing in the used borderline tables to low numbers in the low load. Also disable the DFCO.
