Newbie having trouble reading my tune - 2006 Dodge Charger

Just got my new MPVI2+ kit tonight.
Updated the unit and loaded VCM suite.

Plugged into my OBD port and tried to read but it keeps failing.
I get the error - "Detect Controllers and get basic info failed".

I goto the Flash Tab.
i select Read Vehicle.
I have 2 options.
1 is to Gather Info.
2 is to Read.
Neither one works and the VIN never populates.

On the MPVI module, when I choose either option, the Green LED will flash Purple.
What am I doing wrong?

EDIT - I figured it out. I have a ECD200 speedometer conversion box installed in my car that was keeping it from reading properly. Once I disconnected it, it read fine.
Note this is a 2006 Dodge Hemi swap into my 1968 Charger.
