Speedometer not working after flashing new tire height

hi guys,
GPEC2, Dodge.
i did tire swap so i changed tire height for the first time by special functions in scanner and worked fine 100% but there is 3% error with actual speed (tested with another car at 70 mph)
so, i changed for the correct tire height and guess what happen speedometer stops working at all (stuck 0) i tried to return stock values still not working
at the scanner shows speed stuck at 512Km and speedometer stuck 0

problem solved
Anyone in the future looking for a solution to this problem
just remove Negative battery terminal and put it back on

Sometimes requires the ABS module to be re-initialized...usually a configuration mismatch code pops up. One member found that this was not being done due thru HP tuners due to his bypass cable.
