Question E85 LS1 Turbo startup tune issue

    Hi,

I'm new to HP tuners and I'm currently trying to setup a base startup tune for my single turbo E85 LS1

    LS1 has the following parts

    2BAR map

    Maff disabled

1000cc injectors - injector data has been setup as per instruction's with injectors.

    rising rate FPR

    VCM264 cam specs are:-
    287 intake 278 exhaust
    232 intake 226 exhaust duration @ .050"
    .591" intake .598" exhaust lift
    lobe sep 114"

Stoich 9.71 added 15% more fuel to VE table

will attach map file and a log file. Log file won't be much tho...

I'm unsure if the 15% more fuel is causing issues or more adjustment needed to suit cam?

any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

if u changed stoich to 9.7 then u wont have to add the 15% more it should be corrected for in the stoich change, see if that helps first and u have the injector offsets set to suit the rising rate reg ?

Ok no worries I'll take the 15% extra out

IFR and offset data was taken from 0 and carried across the table to suit the FPR.

It'll likely need a little more base airflow and some more ignition advance to have a stable idle.
Give this a try. You'll need version 4.6.3 or newer to view it.
