    Speed sensor PID?

I just did an axle swap on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler and I'm having the standard ESP/BAS lights on the dash. Changed the gears to the ones in the actual axles. Tried to view the error codes but nothing came up though the lights were on the dash. Cleared codes and lights were still on. I vaguely remember when I went from stock to 35's on my Jeep I had a day or two of occasional EPS flashing but this has been on for about 5-7 miles today on the first test drive.

I'm more familiar with GM and mainly just engine tuning so any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this will help but there is software called alfaOBD (does not work with HP tuner dongle but works with others like OBDlink MX) that can read codes from other modules and change configurations like tire and gear size. In their instructions they state the ABS module needs to be re-initialized.
