Post LT Headers & Cat delete knock sensor de-sensitivity numbers

I am just curious what kind of numbers most people are running for desensitizing the knock sensors in a LT Header and cat delete setup.

I found with the stock setting I was getting a lot of mid throttle false knock, and many threads on here suggested needing to slightly desensitize the knock sensors, and I have done that with good success. I am just curious what kind of numbers are being commonly used, as I am worried about being too high and missing some potential real knock events at some point.

The vehicle is a 2018 Camaro SS with 2" TSP LT Headers. The stock "0.2 & 0.3 & 0.4" columns are all "3.200" all the way down, I have upped all of those those columns to "5.000" all the way down.

    Is this a reasonable setting?

    Thanks

That is commonly known to be a good setting for LT's or Primary Cat delete pipes. You can even go into your Knock Recovery Rate table and multiply the higher RPMs by 4x and blend it into the lower RPM area. This is still safe for street cars that run 93 octane fuel or E85.

man this came in just in time. was messing with a c7 with headers and cat delete and that thing is kicking my ass. its on 91 with a flex fuel and no matter what I've tried to do it would continue to pull timing. im already at 14 degrees and it still keeps pulling it down. I had set the sensor settings to 3.7 but I will definitely try a 4.5 since its on 91 before going to e.
