Angry wrangler 01 JTEC+ NO license option to write the file

i read the file from 2001 jeep wrangler and it asks me the VIN number
i entered the VIN number and didn't recognize the PCM
so i chose the JTEC+ from the drop list and it reads the file no problems
i change some variables and when i come to license the file to write it, there is no option to license the file as in attachment
i even tried to read it again and chose JTEC+B and it didnt read it at all

    anyone faced that one before

Make sure you are connected to the internet. If that doesn't work, submit a support ticket.

    Using MPVI2?
If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

Having the same issue but a bit different circumstances. I was palying around with the software before I did my stroker swap I reset the adaptive learning on the pcm before first startup. After i had it running i read a new file and tried writing it and it shows no credits? Funny thing is if I rewrite the first files before the stroker it still works?

I have the same issue and I am getting SSL error messages when I try to support a ticket. As an IT guy, update your SSL certs.

Can someone PM me the fix, please? I have the credits loaded in my interface, bought them today and need to tune a car.
