I'm not familiar with the 6.0 but on 6.7s you command the vgt vanes to close at zero throttle and higher rpms. It does a good job for most people.Originally Posted by Jmillwood84

There is no way to only have it happen in TH. you'll need to change the vgt vanes to be close at 0 throttle.
