    can someone have a look at this log

    If anyone has a second to tell me why my RPM hangs then drops at 3200RPM at WOT it would be greatly appreciated...
    ive looked through the log till I'm cross eyed and nothing is sticking out... But I am extremely new at this.

    Just noticed it is doing this in a partial throttle as well...

    Is it AT car? It looks like just a torque converter raises the RPM and it's ok I think.

    Yeah it?s an auto. Is there anyway to tune that out?

    As throttle blade is closing without issue it has to be a locked convertor causing engine braking, thus holding the revs up. You would have to adjust the torque convertor apply/release tables to alter this.
