    Few questions about PE

    1. How lean should I take a L86 cammed with 218/226 and full bolt on's? Right now I have PE set to 1.140 and it holds right at .88.

    2. I just made an adjustment to the entire PE table. But that leaves a spot 3,328 where it goes rich then leans out to 1.128 then 1.125 then comes back up to a 1.144 then back down to 1.140. Should I just make it 1.140 from 3,328 rpms up?

    3. What should I target Lambda be for E85? I have it enabled and have the sensor but I left all the tables stock.

to get your fueling correct you need to calibrate your maf curve to hit the targets

10-4 I'm currently working on that. Just got my wideband working this weekend. Still didn't answer the questions though. Should I fatten it back up until I get the fuel closer?

You should set your PE table to the AFR/LAMBDA you actually want, then calibrate the MAF to hit those targets. Lambda target for E85 and 93 is usually the same in most cases.

If you're worried about going lean VS your PE table then fatten up your MAF, change your PE table to what you want it to actually be, then scale back the MAF.

So for example at lunch I changed my PE to 1.155 so .85 lambda. But it seems to hit .87 in certain area's. So should I go to my MAF curve and add 1.01 to those area's and smooth it out?

Do you thing it's a good idea to change the PE table to read 1.155 or what every I target. To anything over 2,560 rpm.

I doesn't make since to me for the table to command more gas then lean out for a split second before it commands more gas.

Some NA combinations make more torque being slightly richer in the peak torque area's and more HP being slightly leaner in the peak HP areas. You need a dyno to know if this is the case with your new cam. Otherwise, just set it to 1.155 or whatever you want from 2500+ rpm and tune the MAF so that the car hits the target for the whole RPM range. You should increase your PE ramp in rate and disable and PE enrichment delays as well so that it tries to reach target faster when you stab the throttle.

Thanks will do. I had the delay disabled already.
