Wrangler JL 3.6 Pentastar Car Behavior Change after installing Modified PCM

long story short, once i install the Modified PCM the car idles fine and everything is normal, however once i start driving the car will behave different than the original PCM when throttle is left off (the engine sound changes) and once throttle is applied again it is kind of resist and then it goes back to normal with a jerk. for reference i attached the log which bit long but it can be observed when ever throttle is left off.

Did you do the throttle relearn?
If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

Yes Throttle and brake pedal relearn both done, is it mandatory to reset adaptive?

If a car's acting stupid, you should reset adaptives. Even on cars without a tune that can clear things up.

Any chance you got a PCM with a boost tune on it? Could explain why it acts up with throttle but idles fine.

Hey did you verify that the gear ratios in the PCM and TCU match up? What was modified in the PCM to begin with? More details if you are still monitoring this thread.
