Exclamation 2007 Jeep Liberty 3.7 no start after flashing

I have 2007 Liberty 3.7 with 270,000 km on clock

recently I got P0430 for cats and thought of disabling it since its running fine

I read from JEEP normal with no issues, i made small changes in stock file and flashed it again

but check engine keep flashing ,and its not starting

if I try to start it quickly without waiting for dash lights to settle it starts then shut off quickly

if I try to write stock file again i get X7F negative response error, also if i try to flash immediately after cycling the ignition key it works

With Stock file it works fine
with modified file its not starting and check engine light flashing.

    attached the two files

    appreciate your support

Return your "Skim Capable" switch back to enabled. Should solve the problem.

I actually turned off trying to make it work
But it was enabled as I'm stock file

    I tried both all combinations

Also tried a key without fob, it starts engine then it will shut off again
But it doesn't make engine check light blinking

So I'm thinking maybe it's not SKIM ??

    Any advise ?

Is there a way to contact HPTuners support or create a support ticket ?

After reaching to Hptuners support team and providing all requested information and logs, their advise is to write stock file !!!

Not even a hint of why doesn't work with any changes in stock file, even just disabling one DTC in stock file makes it not working again.

Seems like checksum or somehow ECU doesn't accept anything except stock file

Anyone faced similar issue before ?

The state of the skim must be returned to the factory. Why hasn’t anything been turned off by ecology? The catalysts have already arrived at a replacement obviously.

Yes Cats needs replacement, that's why I'm turning the DTC off
    Will remove them completely later.

How to return SKIM to factory state?
    What is ecology exactly ?

    An update,
hptuners support fixed the issue in latest VCM beta
Now jeep works fine with non stock tune.
